Beautiful Autumn day

I do these tutorials for fun and not
for any profit. I use them also as a learning tool to
help others learn the fun and art of paint shop pro.

All things I use are collected, the only thing I claim
Is the tag I make with these as my work.
This tutorial is written with the idea you
have some knowledge of PSP.
This was done in PSP 9 but should work with any.
SUPPLIES:
Misted graphic of choice
Font of choice
Tubes of choice
Mask
Presets for eye candy 5
download my files~HERE
 

Double click on the preset settings for the
eye candy presets I made and they will install right where they go.
PLUG INS:
Eye candy 5 impact~ HERE
MuRa's filter Meister~clouds~HERE
Eye candy 5 texture~HERE
Xero porcelaid~HERE
Pick light color for foreground>#d2b367
Dark color for background>#824c29
This is the one I'm going to use~it's in the supplies
Open it and duplicate it and close the original
Resize by 90 percent>I also took my crop tool and got rid of some
of the extra around the tube.
Delete the water mark layer you don't need it, make sure your on
the right layer.
Effects>edge enhance (optional)
Add a nice drop shadow to your tube
 
 
Add a new raster layer and send it to the bottom
Effects>
 
Merge all flatten
Add a 1 pixel border light color
Add a 2 pixel border dark color
Add a 1 pixel border light color
Add a 20 pixel border dark color
Select inside the last border>eye candy 5>texture>weave
Look for the preset setting I sent or use one of your own.
Keep selected>effects 3D inner bevel

Deselect

Add 1 pixel border light color

Add 2 pixel border dark color

Set aside for now.
Open new image>size 800 X 500
Flood fill with gradient
 
Adjust Gaussian blur
 
 
New raster layer
Flood fill with your background color.
 
Layers>new mask layer>from image
 
 
Merge group

Effect>texture add a nice one it's up to you.
 
 
Selection tool>draw a square the size you want it>
 
 
Add a new raster layer>copy and paste the graphic in the frame we made into
the selection.
Deselect
Add a drop shadow 
 
 
Repeat>change the V N H to -1

I also added a drop shadow to the mask
but changed the color to white so it would stand out more.

Move your picture how you want it to look>if happy
with every thing then merge all layers.

Add tubes and accents of choice.

add cardinal tube 1 and resized by 60 percent
Move to lower right hand corner of your frame.

Add Cardinal tube 2 resize by 50 percent >if you like take
easer tool and remove some of the leaves.
Place top right hand corner of frame.

Add a drop shadow
 
V and H 1
Occupancy 100
Blur 10
color black

Where I'm at right now.
 

Merge all flatten
Add 1 pixel border light color
Add 5 pixel border dark color
Select all>selection contract by 6
Effects 3D cut out
 
 
Repeat changing the V and H to minus 3
Deselect
Effects>play with settings tell you get what you like.
 
 
Layers>promote to background layer
Image resize by 90 percent
Add new raster layer>arrange and move to bottom
flood fill with gradient.
Effects>graphic plus cross shadow
default settings.
Give this the same texture as before
Change the depth if you wish.
 
 
Go back up and highlight layer 1

select inside the part that is showing along
the edge.

Go back to layer 2 effects>eye candy 5 impact glass

eyecandy 5 impact glassJC2>in settings

change the color to your

background color.

Deselect

Back on layer 1

Resize by 90 percent

Take mover tool and move over to the right some.

Add drop shadow.

Add squirrel and resize by 25 percent.

Add drop shadow and move to the left corner of frame.

Add tube of choice and resize as needed.

Arrange how you want it to look.

Add drop shadow

New raster layer add word brush, or words of choice.

Add drop shadow, and place them how you want them.

Merge all flatten

Add 1 pixel border light color

Add 3 pixel dark color

Add water mark

resize to your liking.
Your ready to save your work of art.

This tutorial is written with the idea you

This was done in PSP 9 but should work with any.
SUPPLIES:
Tubes of choice
the ding shape
Mask
Font of choice>one I used is called..ChaseCallasSH
Wording of choice
Plug in

Eye candy 5 impact HERE

Filters unlimited HERE

Bkg_Kaleidoscope HERE
Open the supplies needed and minimize them in PSP.
Duplicate the Shape that is in the supplies, by
hitting Shift D and close the original.
Canvas size 600 X 600
Magic wand>select the bars>and flood fill
with color of choice I used a gradient color.
I used ES vintage 65 its in the supplies if you
don't have it. Place it in your gradient folder in PSP.
Eye candy 5 impact>bevel Upward>default settings
Deselect
Magic wand>select inside the small circles>and the center square.
Make sure you have your setting on your wand set to add shift.
Effect>eye candy 5 impact chrome>the settings I used
are in supplies import them into your eye candy 5 chrome.
NOTE
In case you don't know how to do this>go to effects>eye candy 5
impact>chrome>click on manage at the bottom
this box opens>
Select import>find the supplies you downloaded for this tutorial>and
look for the one that says
select it and>open it will tell you that it was a successful import>
hit close and you will see it down where user settings are.
Highlight it and hit ok.
Deselect
Give this a nice drop shadow.
This is mine so far.
Add a new raster layer>flood fill with color
you want the mask to be this is going to be the background.
Layer>new mask layer>from image>
@nn_200610_mask_016_tdstudio.pspimage
click ok>merge group.
Duplicate>rotate>90 right>merge down
Make sure its the 2 mask layers you just merged.
Effects>filters unlimited>Bkg Kaleidoscope>Kaleidoscope 8>
Settings to 200, 215
Effects>eye candy 5 impact>brushed metal>settings>hand brushed gold>
basic settings>change the color to your background color or one
you like.

Duplicate this layer a couple of times if you want it darker.
Since I used a black bkg I did it about 3 times and merged them down.
Effects>edge effects enhance
Add drop shadow to your liking
Layer new raster layer arrange move down
flood fill with color you want your background.
This is what mine looks like so far
If your happy with the way it looks merge flatten
Add a 1 pixel border color of choice
Add a 3 pixel border background color
Add a 1 pixel border color of choice
Add a 20 pixel border>background color
NOTE
This next step there are 2 ways you can do this.
Effects>plug in simple>half wrap>default settings
Or
Take selection tool and make a square in a part
of the image you want to place in your border
Copy and deselect
Magic wand and select inside the last border>new raster Layer
and paste into selection
Effects>edge enhance>inner bevel
Deselect
Add a 1 pixel border color of choice
Add a 3 pixel border background color
Add a 1 pixel border color of choice
Add a 10 pixel border>magic wand>select inside the last border
and give it the same brushed medal effect you did earlier.
Now you are ready to add your tubes
Resize your image
You can do it to your liking.
Adjust sharpen

Open the flowers or accent you want on your tag

Resize to your liking, I resized by 60 percent

Add same drop shadow as before.

Adjust sharpen
 
Add your lady tube>resize it by 70ercent or what ever you
need it to be.

Add same drop shadow>Adjust sharpen>move over to the right
hand side of your work.

Merge all flatten

add 1 pixel border>dark color>depending on the
color of the last border.

add 1 pixel border>color of choice

Add 3 Pixel color background

Lazy Days

I do these tutorials for fun and not

help others learn the fun and art of paint shop pro.
Everything I use I have collected don't claim to have
made anything other then the tag.

Notes:
All settings will remain the same unless otherwise noted
This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP
Remember to save often in case your psp crashes.
I did this in PSP 9 but sure any one will work.
Supplies
Tubes of choice
Graphic
Accents of choice
Mask
Template is # 104 by
Font of choice>I used>Victoriana
What I used is in the supplies>HERE
Plug In
Eye candy 5 impact HERE
Eye candy 5 texture HERE
Open the template and duplicate>close the original one.
Canvas size>
We will resize when all done.
delete the CR layer.

If you want the left N right thin ribbons the
same color>click on the right ribbon>and merge
down>with magic wand select>selection modify>
expand by 4>new raster layer and flood fill with
color of choice.
Keep selected>eye candy 5 impact>chrome
I have the settings I used in the supplies>import
them into your eye candy 5 impact.
Or use your own settings.
Deselect
Drop shadow
Merge down
This is what you should have now.
Do the right medium N left medium the same way
flood fill with a different color.
Change your chrome setting to the second setting
I have supplied in the supplies.

Deselect
Add same drop shadow

Merge down.
Highlight the middle ribbon>select with
magic wand>flood fill with another color
eye candy 5 texture>swirl>find the settings
I used and import them into
your eye candy 5 texture.
Or use something else that you might like.
Keep selected>eye candy 5 impact>glass
Import settings I used.
Deselect
Add same drop shadow
Select the diamond>flood fill with
color of choice. Eye candy 5 impact> brushed metal
import settings I used or something else that
you would like.
Keep selected>eye candy 5 impact>glass
same settings as before.
Deselect
Add same drop shadow
Select the circle>copy and paste into the selection
graphic of choice.
Selection>Modify>select>selection border
Flood fill with a color, or a nice gold pattern.
Effects>eye candy 5 impact>glass
Deselect
Add same drop shadow.
This is how mine looks now.


Now your ready to add some accents

I added the bee hive and took deform tool
and moved it around like I wanted it.

Now add some bee accents

Resize to your liking.
Add same drop shadow
Duplicate and mirror>place how many ever
you want.

I added the little cricket and resized by
40 percent>turn with your deform tool
how you want him....add same drop shadow.

Add a bear tube to your liking and resize as
needed.

Add same drop shadow.

Add a bow or any thing else you
wish to at this time.

When your happy with the way it looks

merge all layers.

Add a new raster layer>flood fill with the color
you want the mask to be.

find the mask>Irmask 128

Minimize it>go layers>new mask layers>from

image>

Merge group>I took deform tool and
stretched it out some>duplicate

On the duplicated layer

add eye candy 5 impact glass.

Import settings I used, or do it how you want.

Add drop shadow, to the original one

but change the color to your
background color, or the color of your mask.

Add some words to your work

Settings I usedf

Add a drop shadow to your words
and resize by about 75 percent depending
on how many letters you put in your words.
Merge all layers
Add your water mark and your now ready
to save and share your work of art.
Crop off any extra you don't want showing
under your tag and resize how you want it.
Your all done.
