I'm a goddess

I do these tutorials for fun and not
for any profit. I use them also as a learning tool to
help others learn the fun and art of paint shop pro.
Everything I use I have collected don't claim to have
made anything other then the tag.
Notes:
All settings will remain the same unless otherwise noted
This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP
Remember to save often in case your psp crashes
I did this in PSP 9 but sure any one will work.
The kit I used is called Vanilla Butter, and it is the wonderful work of
ACowgirlsCreations, and you can get it.
Be sure and stop by her blog and she what's going on there.
Plug ins

Install the plug ins if need be.
Supplies
Mask
Template
I used is by Babes designs its template 12
Have it in the supplies.
Font of choice>I used AL Dreamboat it's in the supplies also.
Tubes of choice
Tube I used is by © ISMAEL RAC / WWW.XERACX.COM

It is called Summer Dress

All my supplies are
Open and duplicate the template
close the original.
Canvas size 800 X 600
Delete the top layer, I also deleted raster 2. and Raster 1
Highlight the background layer and select it with your
magic wand.
Select a paper from the kit>zAcc VB paper 2 copy
and paste as a new layer>selection>invert>delete
You can delete the background layer.
Deselect
Effects>3D inner bevel

Add a drop shadow
I deleted the inner frame part>since I wanted to use
a paper in there.
In the layer pallet start with the left frame>selection
tool and select the inside of it. Selection modify expand by 2.
New raster layer
copy and paste into selection>paper of choice>
zAcc VB paper 1, move it below the white frame.
Deselect
Do the same with the other 2 frames.
I mirrored the paper for the right hand side.
And cut a section from the paper and copied and pasted
it into the selection
Magic wand>highlight the left frame in your layer pallet
Make sure you have move the back ground part below the frame.
Copy and paste as a new layer the tube you want to use.
Resize if needed>selection invert and hit delete.
It will get rid of what you don't want.
On the right side I mirrored my tube, before I copied and pasted it
as a new layer. Then do the same with this one as you just did with
the left.
Deselect
Layers>properties>lower to 65 percent.
What I have so far.
With magic wand select the left side frame>and copy and paste a paper
of choice>Or you can just flood fill with a color of choice.
zAcc VB paper 5 is what I used, I resided it by 55% then had to
go to layer promote to background layer>image rotate left by 10%, copy and
paste as a new layer.
Deselect
Image>Plug in>eye candy 5 impact>bevel. I have included the preset
for settings I used in the supplies.
Import it to your eye candy 5 bevel.
On the right side of the frame, I mirrored the paper>
and copied and pasted as a new layer.
Moved it how I wanted it>selection invert delete
Deselect
Add same bevel
Do the center one the same way now.
Once those are done if you happy with it
you can merge those layers all together if you wish.
Make sure you close off the bar layer>and the square bars
Open up the two layers you closed off>highlight the bars layer
and select with magic wand>copy and paste as a new layer
another paper of choice> zAcc VB paper 4
I did both the bars at the same time>move with mover tool until
you get how you want it>selection>invert>delete.
Deselect
You can now give it the same bevel as the frames, or use the first one
that we gave the large bar.....it's all up to you.
Now highlight in layer pallet the small square>with magic
wand click on every other one>top and bottom
Flood fill with color of choice>Deselect
Repeat with the remaining ones, what you did but
with a different flood fill color.

Give them a bevel>I used the 3D inner bevel effect
Copy and paste as a new layer tube of choice
and place it in the middle>the one I used resized it by
75%>mirrored her and then with eraser removed the part
of her arm that was over the other picture so it looks like
she is kind of under the right hand frame.

Now lets add some accents, if your happy with every thing
you can merge all layers.
Copy and paste as a new layer>Acc VB dried leaves>resize by
50%>image mirror>move over and down on the left hand frame.
Add drop shadow
Copy and paste as a new layer>Acc VB greens
Resize by 50% with deform tool turn and move over on top
of the leaves, take eraser tool and remove some of it on the bottom
Duplicate and mirror, turn with deform tool and place it where you like it.
Add a drop shadow to both sets of leaves.
Copy and paste as a new layer>Acc VB flower 2 Resize by 50 percent
I didn't like the part on the bottom so I removed it.
Turn with deform tool and arrange so the green leaves and that
are showing, I decided I wanted the brown leave a little bigger
so took deform tool and pulled it out more.
To get the green leaves like I did I used the mess deform tool
to pull them out and around.
If you don't know what I mean......see the nodes the little squares, you can
grab them and push and pull things to shape them like you want them, just
mess around and see what you can do. Any thing you don't like you can edit undo.
when done just click on one of the tools and the little squares will go away.
This is what mine look like. When you like what you did, close
off all the other layers and merge these together, then open up the
others again.
Open>Acc VB doodle>go around with the selection tool

the top small one, copy and paste as a new layer and place it on
the top left hand corner of the small bar, add drop shadow

Duplicate>mirror>and move over to the right hand corner.

Open>Acc VB greens copy and paste and move to the right side
resize by 60% turn it with deform tool>duplicate layer mirror and move it
over by the other,

Add drop shadow but change the blur to 8

Open>Acc VB flowers doodle>image resize by 55%>image rotate free
right 90% with deform tool set to free hand>turn and pull this around
until you like how it looks.
I took and erased some of the green leave that I didn't like showing.

Open>Acc VB hat copy and paste as a new layer
resize by 30% turn and place how you want it on top of the ladies head.

Add any thing else you wish to at this time.
Merge all layers when your happy with it.
Crop off some of the extra you don't want in your tag
Layer new raster layer

Flood fill with a color you want your mask to be #e3ce7c is what I used.

Layers>new mask layer>from image
Merge group
Duplicate layer>image mirror>image flip
with mover tool move the masks around so they show on both sides,
and some at the top and bottom.
Merge all layers>new raster layer>
Flood fill with a dark color from your tag>layers arrange move down.
Add a 2 pixel border color of choice
Resize by 90%
Layers>promote background layers
Add a new raster layer arrange send to bottom.
Flood fill with a color of choice.
Merge layers
Selection tool and click on the large border you have.
Effects>plug in filters unlimited>&
Nomads Rug default setting.
Effects>plug ins filters unlimited>buttons and frames
glass frame 2 with default settings.
Deselect.
Add a new raster layer>add words if you wish.
I added the one I used in the supplies.
Just resize it to what you like or if your colors are
different then the brush was in there also.
Add any thing else you want to at this time.
Add your water mark and resize to your liking.
your now ready to save your work of art.

Golden Weave

I did this in PSP 9 but sure any one will work. 
 
This is a freebie from>Designs by LK
Its called Black Canary it is a beautiful kit.
 
Plug ins
Eye candy 5 impact HERE
Filters unlimited HERE
AP 01 (innovation) Lines Silver lining
Install the eye candy 5 impact, and import my preset in to,
the eye candy 5 impact>glass>and one of them into your eye candy 5 bevel.
 
Supplies
Graphic of choice
Font of choice
Tubes of choice
Open a new image 700 X 500
Pick colors for your foreground, and background from your graphic.
Or your tube you want to use.
fg color.#fbe5b3>bg color #74411b
Make a gradient  
Flood fill your new image. 
A note
If your using psp 7 use your selection tool and draw
a rectangle with these settings.
You can use your ruler tool as a guide, or watch
the bottom right hand side where the numbers are.
for down the left side.
225 X 500
and this is the other across the top.
700 X 170 
Selection>Load saved selection from disc>
Selection 1>New raster layer>flood fill
with the gradient.
Deselect
Effects>texture>weave
Effects>geometric effects>
Layer duplicate>mirror
Layer merge down.
Selection>Load saved selection from disc>Selection 2
New raster layer>flood fill with gradient.
Deselect
Repeat the weave effect>and the Spherize effect.
Duplicate layer>flip
Close off the bottom layer>merge visible.
With magic wand>click on the inside of the square.
Selection>modify>select selection border
Layer new raster Layer
Flood fill with gradient
Deselect
Effects>plug in eye candy impact 5>bevel
Import
my settings or use one of your liking.
Layer duplicate>resize by 110 percent
Layer>merge down>copy and paste the 2 small frames as
a new image>set it a side we will use in a bit.
Then go back to the main image and give
the small frames a drop shadow.
Go back now to your merged layers
and click on the inside of the frame.
Selection>modify>expand by 6
Add a new raster layer
Copy and paste into your image a graphic of choice.
Layers arrange move down.
Deselect
Effects>xero>porcelain>default settings>repeat once.
Minimize this for now, and reopen the small frame
image you made.
Image>resize by 70 percent
Image>rotate by 90 percent.
Select outside the frame with selection tool>set feather to
2>selection Invert
Add a new layer>flood fill with gradient>
Give it either the weave effect or blinds,
Which ever you prefer. Layers arrange move down.
Deselect
Click on the inside of the frame with your magic wand,
Open the man tube or graphic your going to use.New raster layer>
Selection modify expand by 2
copy and paste into your selection the graphic
layers>arrange move down.
Deselect
I gave him the same porcelain effect.
Merge layers and copy and paste this onto your
working image.
Move over to the right side of your work, place how you like it.
Take deform tool and turn, and fix this the way you want.

Add drop shadow
Add some flowers and whatever you wish on the left hand side
I took LKD_Black Canary TS_foliage from the kit
and resized it by 60 percent. Rotated by 90 percent, Turned it with deform tool>duplicated>mirrored
and moved it down some. Duplicated again, and placed on the other side of the first one.
Resize each layer as you go if you wish.
Then I took>LKD_Black Canary TS_cherry blossom
Copy and paste as a new layer on top of all the leaves.
move where you want it.
Duplicate mirror and move it over so you kind
of fill in where there are no flowers, Resize them about 70 percent.
don't worry to much cause we will erase some of this stuff
in a few.
Add>LKD_Black Canary TS_calla lilies
Place them in the middle of all this mess.
Turn the top flower there with deform tool
how you want it.
Then with eraser tool, go layer by layer and erase any thing
you don't want in there, and move things around some tell its how
you want it.
I took and moved up a couple of the small flower layers and
got rid of some of the stuff I didn't want in the way.
Add>LKD_Black Canary TS_berries 1 copy and paste as a new layer
arrange move down below your flowers, place them, turn with deform tool
I duplicated the layer, and erased what I didn't want on my flowers.
Once your happy with all this closes off all the bottom layers
and merge visible. Add drop shadow
If you see any thing you still don't like just undo and fix it.
Add a bow at the bottom of the flowers, resize by 45 percent, turn
with deform tool, and add drop shadow.
This is how mine looks now.

Open up all layers except the background
Merge visible.
add LKD_Black Canary TS_dangling heart
Resize by 30%
move over to the edge of the frame on the right and turn
with deform tool
Add Drop shadow to your liking.
Add LKD_Black Canary TS_candles Resize
by 70 percent, copy and paste to your image.
I then took, resized by 75% then take selection tool
and cut out one of the original candles copy and paste it
over on your image your working on.
image mirror and move how you like it.
Now do the same with the other one.

Now I didn't like that flower in the back like that
so I took the selection tool and cut it out, make sure
your on the right layer.
I then took on the original and cut out the flower
and copied and pasted it back over on top of the candles
Erase any thing you don't want on the candle.
When happy with it close off the merged layers
and merge the candles all together.
Add drop shadow, move down in the right hand corner
I took the deform tool and moved it in and up in size some.
When happy with the way every thing looks
merge all visible layers make sure your back ground layer is still closed.
Image resize by 90%
Open your back ground layer.
Highlight the merged layer>with magic wand
click on the outside part, not the background layer
Now high light raster 1 which is your background
Selection>invert>delete
Selection>select selection border

Layer new layer>make sure your on the top layer
flood fill with Light color or one of choice.
Deselect
Add eye candy 5 glass effect.
On your background layer go to effects>plug in>AP 01 (innovation) Lines Silver lining
Filters unlimited>button frame glass 1>set to default
Image>1 pixel border your foreground color
Image>3 pixel border your background color.
Add new raster layer>add your wording
Use brush work art>add eye candy 5 glass effect
Drop shadow
Place how you want it.
New raster layer>add your water mark
Add a name or any thing else you wish.
Resize to your liking.
Your ready to save your work of art.

Fantasy Kalidascope

Supplies
Graphic of choice-I placed 3 in the supplies
Font of choice
Tubes of choice
Preset for eye candy 5 glass
Mask of choice
All are in the supplies
Plug ins
Eye candy 5 impact HERE
Filters unlimited>&Bkg Kaleidoscope  HERE
Import the bkg kaleidoscope into your filters unlimited.
Install the eye candy 5 impact, and import my preset into,
the eye candy glass
Open new image 800 X 900
Copy and paste to your new image>BCS Double Frame
Click in the center of one of the frames>selection
expand by 10>New raster layer
This is the graphic I'm using, It is in the supplies.

On your graphic your using>take your selection tool
and take a selection from the graphic, you want to add into
your frame. Edit>copy>paste as a new layer.
Layers>arrange move down.
Deselect
Back on your frame layer,
repeat those same steps for the other frame,
but pick a different part of the graphic for it, or use a
different graphic.
Merge visible if your not going to add any thing inside of the frames.
Pick so leave accents for the edge of the frame.
I'm using bcs_branch, copy and paste as a new layer
Resize by 45%
Image>mirror and move over to the right side of your frame.
You can take your deform tool, and turn it like you want it.
I set it to free hand so I could push and pull it like I wanted.
I then used the eraser tool, and took off some of the stem.
I also took a couple leaves off I didn't want in to my graphic.
Add a drop shadow
Duplicate that layer and move down on the other frame.
Add bcs_berries resize by 35% image mirror> take and move it up and on the
leaves, take deform tool set back to scale, I pushed in on the sides
so they looked better on the leaves
eraser tool and get rid of part of the stem that hangs way down.
Add drop shadow
Layer duplicate move down on the other set of leaves.
If you want you can image mirror this so it sits different
then the other one.
If your using the same bird tube as I did
2_birds copy and paste as a new layer>resize by 70%
Move over between the top and bottom frame over by
the leaves, take deform tool and turn it some.
Add drop shadow.

If your happy with what you have
merge all visible layers.
Resize this by 90%>move it over to the
right of you work area some.
Next we will add>bcs_leaf_pile>resize by 50%
Move down to the bottom left side of the frame
Add drop shadow
Add>bcs_shrooms resize by 20% move over at the top
of the leaf pile>layer arrange and move down.
Add drop shadow>Layer duplicate and mirror
and move it over some.
Add squirrel>resize by 40%>image mirror
add drop shadow, and place him on the
leaves and over by the edge of the frame.
Add the posser fairy>image mirror
place her on top of the first set of mushrooms, next to the frame.
and turned her some with the deform tool
Add drop shadow.
I decided I didn't want the bow up on top of the top frame
so I used selection tool and got rid of it.
That is where I placed the fall words.
resize them by 50%
add drop shadow.
Add a bow at the bottom of your frame to cover the
branches over on the right if you would like to.
Resize to the size you would like, I went down to 30%
and turned it with my deform tool.
Add drop shadow.
If your happy with every thing now, merge all visible layers.
Resize by 90% crop off some of the extra
around your tag. Resize again by 90%
Now we will add the mask
Add new raster layer>pick a color you want to use
for the mask. Flood fill>layers arrange send to bottom.
Layers>new mask layer>from image
merge group>resize by 95%
Filters unlimited>&@BlueBerry Pie
hit apply
Effects>distortion>spiky halo
Duplicate the mask layer>on the original adjust motion blur
On the other layer add>
Effects>'eyecandy5 impact glass jcuttlebear01 preset is
in the supplies, or one of your liking.
Raster new layer add your water mark.
You can now add your name or any thing else you want
it is totally up to you.
When your all done merge all layers>crop off any extra you don't want, and
resize all layers to your liking.
Save your image, and your now ready to share your work of art.
