Frog delight

Get your supplies you wish to use for this tutorial, and
minimize them in psp.

OK lets get started.

Open new image 600 X 500
We will re size later.

1. Copy and paste the frame you wish to use.
I'm using frame 4 from the scrapbook kit.
Re size it 80 Percent.

2. Active the inside of your frame, selection
expand by 5 get your paper or graphic your using
for your background in your frame. This is the one I'm using
You can save it if you wish.

New Raster layer and copy and paste into your frame.
Layer move down. Deselect.

3. Pick a color from the graphic or a paper from the kit
I'm using paper 4 for my background.
Copy and paste as a new layer and move down.

4. Copy and paste some bubbles, I used # 1 from the kit.
Copy and paste to your work as a new layer move it up to how you want it.

Add a drop shadow. I used a contrast color.

Then duplicate the layer, mirror and flip. Arrange them like you want.

5. Add a bow to the top of the frame.
I used bow 5
Re size by 45 percent.
If it's not on the top of your work, layer move to top.

6. Find the cattails copy and paste as a new layer.
Re size by 50 percent, move them how you want them.
Add same drop shadow but change the color to black.
Duplicate and mirror so you have one on each side.

7. Get the Lilly pad with the dragon fly on it.
I took my selection tool and just got the pad for now.
Copy and paste it to your work as a new layer
Re size it 50 percent and move it how you like it.
Add drop shadow.
Duplicate and mirror if you wish.

8. Get a frog and copy and paste it as a new layer.
I'm using the big bull frog from the kit.
Re size him down to 30 percent. move him to where you want.
Add drop shadow.

9. Add another frog to other side, I used the bull frog girl 1, from the kit.
Re sized by 30 percent.
Add drop shadow, arrange where you like her.

10. Add some dragon flies I used the one that is with the
Lilly pad and re sized by 50 percent.
Add a drop shadow and place where you want.
Duplicate him a couple of times and move them where you want.

11. Add a saying if you wish, I just used a brush
Add a new layer before you use the brush.
Move and place it where you want it.

Crop any excess you don't want around the tag.
Re size all layers, by 90 percent.

Make final adjustments then merge all layers

This is how mine looks now.

12. Add a 2 pixel border color of choice.

13. Add a 10 pixel border color of choice.
Select it and then
I copied and pasted a paper into it.

14 Add a 2 pixel border.

15. add a 20 pixel border.
Select and copy and paste another paper of choice.
Add a bevel, what I used.

Deselect

Add your watermark and we are all done.
Save and share with your friends.

Supplies
Scrapbook kit is is the wonderful work by
Whisper Softly Designs
kit is called Gloria's Valentine you
can find it Here

Plug ins:
Eye candy 5 texture Here
Filters unlimited Here
I used psp 9 for this tutorial.
Can be done in other versions.

Lets get started.

1. Open a new image 500 X 400

2. Pick a color from your tube you want your
background to be. I used #af1b4b
Flood fill your new image with that color.

3. Effect plug in eye candy 5 texture swirl
You can change the setting and the color to your liking.
This is what I used

4. Selection tool and custom settings
Its the one there by itself.

Select, selection borders

5. Layer new raster layer.
Flood fill with a gold pattern of your choice.
I used the beads.
Deselect.

6. Take your mover tool and move this frame to where you want it.
I moved down to lower right hand corner.

7. Select inside the frame, expand by 2
Layer new raster, find a paper of choice from the kit
and copy and paste it into selection, move down.
I used paper 8.
Deselect.

8. Add a couple tube or one of choice, copy and paste it
as a new layer, you want it below the frame.
Re size to your liking.

Keep in mind if your going to add any wording you need to leave room.

9. Next add any accents you wish to use.
I used things from the kit.

10. I added a bow and re sized it 10 percent
then used deform tool to get it how I wanted it.

11. Next I took one of the bears from the kit, re size 10 percent
placed it where I wanted it.
Added a drop shadow

12. Add balloons re size 10 percent
use deform tool to get them how you like them.
I took my eraser tool and removed part of the ribbon I didn't want.
When happy with it add your drop shadow.

13. Add the candles, re size them 7 percent.
Place them how you want them.
Add a drop shadow.

14. Add a dove re size it to 10 percent.
Then I mirrored it, I used just one.
Add drop shadow, then duplicate mirror.
Re size this one to 50 percent.
Place where you want it.

15. Add anything else you wish.
When your happy with the way it looks.
Merge all layers.

16. Crop your tag to get rid of any empty space around the edge
you want removed.
I re sized all layers down to my liking
350 X 295

17. Add a 3 pixel border white, activate it.
and flood fill with the gold pattern.
deselect

18. Add a 2 pixel border of your background color.

19. Add a 3 pixel border white, and activate it
and flood fill with the gold.
deselect

20. Add a 10 pixel border background color.
activate it and give it the same swirl pattern
as in your background.

21. Add filters unlimited glass frame one,
default setting, or a bevel of choice.

Add your water mark and we are all done.

Save your work of art and your ready to share it.

I used psp 9 for this tutorial.
Remember to save often in case your psp closes on you.
OK lets get started

1. Open the template and duplicate it
then close the original.
delete the top layer dba

2. Activate the Rectangle 1 and click on it with the magic wand.

3. Open the scrapbook kit and find a paper you want to use
for the Rectangle 1.
I used paper 28 from the kit.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Selection invert delete.
Deselect

4. Add a drop shadow to this layer

5. Activate Rectangle 2 layer and get the
paper you want to use for this one.
I used paper 5 copy and paste as a new layer.
Invert and delete.
Deselect

6. Give this layer the same drop shadow as before.

7. Activate the white circle and copy and paste
as a new layer,
paper of choice I use PP 28 again.
Invert, delete and
Deselect

8. Activate the Circle frame copy and paste as
a new layer a paper of choice. I used PP 23
Invert, and delete.
Deselect.

Now we will add the mask words:

9. Open a new image about 250 x 250
Flood fill with color you wish to have your
mask words I used #ad3950

10. Add your mask

11. Then copy and paste it as a new layer
to your work, drag it over to where you want it.
Give it a drop shadow, I used the same one
except changed the color to white.

12. I used my deform tool and pulled out the bottom layer a
bit on both sides to give it a better look.

13. Now your ready to add any tubes
or accents you wish.

14. Close off layer 3 and activate the frame on the inside of it.
Which will be raster 4
If you want to you can delete the white circle frame.
I used glitter rain 4 copy and paste as a new layer
invert and delete, make sure you have it where you want it
before you hit the delete.
Deselect
15. Open up the layer 3 make sure you like what you have so far.
This is mine so far.

16. I added flower doodle 2 and re sized down
70 Percent then copy and pasted it to the circle layer.
Arrange how you like it.
Then lower the opacity down to about 52
Add a drop shadow as before except black.

17. You might want to canvas size your work area
so you have more room to work.
I went to 650 X 500 and center.

18. Now add rose swag 3 use your deform tool
to form it around the circle.
I took my eraser
tool and got rid of some of the white
from the frame part I didn't want to show threw.

19. Add the candle and re size it 50 percent
move it down so its below the rose swag.

20. Add some butterflies if you wish.
I also added her pocket book and re sized it 10 percent.
And the ribbon, move it down below the circle.
If your happy with it merge all layers.

21. Add a new layer and send to bottom
Flood fill with a light color or a paper of choice.

22. effects texture effects......blinds

23. Now get your crop tool and go around your tag
get as close as you can but be careful not to cut anything off.

24. Image add a 2 pixel border color of choice

25. Add a 10 pixel border white.

26. Add a 2 pixel border.

27. Now I re sized all layers to
85 percent.
28. Magic wand and click on the white border and
add graphic plus
Quick tile 2 settings I used play around and see what you like.

29. Effects filters unlimited

30. Deselect add some corners if you wish.
Add your water mark and merge all layers
We are done.

Supplies used:

Template 93 by Ali Here
Beautiful scrapbook kit is new from Lynn Earwicker and you
can get it here or Here

I did this tutorial in psp 9
Graphic of choice
Tubes of choice

Plug in used
Filters unlimited Here
Super blade pro Here
Eye candy 4 Here

Ok lets get started

Open you psp and if need be, install the plug ins.

Find the graphic, and tubes you want to use.
Open them in psp and minimize them for now.

Download and open the template in your psp, duplicate and close the original.
Delete layer 7

Find a paper or color you want to use for raster 1. I used paper #12 from the kit.
Select raster 1 and copy and paste it into the selection.
Deselect.

Select raster layer 8 and use another color or paper for the frame part, I used
paper #10 for this layer.
Keep selected and go to effects filters unlimited and give it this

Deselect

Select raster 2 and copy and paste your graphic you want to use.
I found a tall one works better then a small one.
I used one that is 664 X 540
Deselect

Select raster layer 4 and copy and paste the same color, you used
on the other frame or pick a different one. Its all up to you.
Give it the filter unlimited Glass frame effect.
I changed my frame size and the contrast

Deselect

Select raster 3 flood fill it with a green, I used
#314313 deselect.

Select raster layer 5 I used paper #13 copy and paste it
into the selection. Keep select and 3D inner bevel

Select raster 6 copy and invert.
Flood fill with a color of choice.
I used a dark blue from my graphic.
only the center part will show the color.

Eye candy glass
setting snow and these settings.

Then I added super blade pro with these settings.
Color is cheep gold and a blank which is in your environment and
texture folder for super blade pro.

Once your happy with what you see deselect.
This is what I have so far.

Now your ready to add your accents.
I used some of the packages that were in the kit and resized them 15 percent.
Added a star from the kit and other things.
To the tree.......when all finished added your accents.
and are happy with it then merge all layers.

Add your water mark and your ready to save your finished tag.

Called My lady bug it's a free one on her site.
Both template and scrapbook kits are the wonderful
work of Lacarolita's Designz

Ones I used are HERE
Tube of choice
Graphic of choice.
No plug in's used in this tutorial
PSP of your choice, I did this one in 9

1. Open the template and make a copy of it and
close the original.

2. Delete all the layers except for these

3. Make your background layer active,
resize it down to 90 percent. Click on the outside of the layer
and then you will go to selection and invert. Then delete keep selected.

4. Pick a color from your tube your going to use or you can add a paper of choice
from the kit.
I used a red from the tube I'm using.
Deselect

5. Effects and texture weave.
You can add something different if you wish it's fun to play around.

6. Activate layer 1 and select it
copy and paste your graphic into selection.
Deselect


7. Activate layer 2 and click on it and copy and paste a paper
you would like to use for the frame. Copy and paste as a new layer,
invert and hit delete one time to get rid of the extra.
Deselect

8. Effects 3D inner bevel.....settings I used

9. Close off all layers except for layer 1 and your graphic you added,
merge them......then reopen the others.

10. Activate layer 3 and click on it, and you will need to do both sides of this layer,.
Then copy and paste as a new layer another paper of choice, or you can
just flood fill with a color of choice.
I used paper 1

11. Then selection invert and hit delete one time.
Deselect ......I used this bevel for this layer

12. Activate layer 4 now and copy and paste another paper you
wish to use I used paper 2,
as a new layer, and
Once again invert and hit delete
Deselect
Add a bevel to this layer.

13.
Activate layer 5 and copy and paste another paper,
I used paper 3, . Do like last step.

14. Now you can close off the merge layer and the background and
merge these layers together, you should only have 2 merged layers and
the background remaining.

15. Take your mover tool and move the layers how you want them to look.
Now we are ready to add some accents.
I used the lady bug leaves, resized them to
50 percent. Then move them down just above the background layer.
Then image flip.
Activate your deform tool and turn them how you want them.

16. Then I duplicated it and image mirror then flip
I then took my eraser tool and removed anything I didn't want to show.

17. Add lady bug flower 5 and copy and paste it to your work,
and resize it to 20 percent if it's not your top layer now,
make sure you bring it up there, and move it to the left hand corner
of the frame, you can take your deform tool and turn it how you like it.

18. Then duplicate this layer, and image flip and mirror move to the top right hand corner.
What I have so far.

19. Get the tube you want to use and copy and paste it to your
work as a new layer resize as needed, I went to 60 percent on this one.
Place it how you want it.

20. Add a drop shadow if you wish

21. Now add the rest of the accents you want on your tag,
I used Butterfly 2 and resized it to 15 percent.
And placed it on the flowers.

22. Then a added a couple of the lady bugs.
I resized them to 10 percent and used the deform
tool and turned them and placed them how I wanted.

23. I also added the red ribbon in the one corner.

24. If your happy with everything you can merge all layers now.

25. I added a 1 pixel white border

26. Next a 5 pixel border of black

27. And a 5 pixel border of red.

28. Selection and all modify contract by 15 Invert and add the same bevel
as before if you wish.

29. Now add any wording, name and your watermark and
your ready to share your work of art.

PSP 9
Is what I used for this tutorial.

Find a graphic you wish to use.

1. Open the template and duplicate, and close the original.

2. Delete all layers except for these


These are the ones we will be using.

3. Activate the background layer
Resize it by 95 percent.
Selection all and float, get a paper you
want to use for the background and copy and paste it into the selection.
I used paper 3, afloat then add an inner bevel to this color.....#eed876
if you use the same background as I did.

Deselect

4. Activate layer 1, and get selection tool, and click on it,
selection modify contract by 3, then selection modify,
selection, select border

5. Then find a paper or color you want to use for this frame part,
I used paper 10 and copied a pasted it into the selection,
now give it the same bevel as before, then deselect

6. Make layer 7 active and select all and selection float,
find a paper you want to use, I used paper 6, copy and paste
into the selection, the give it the same bevel as before.
deselect

7. Activate layer 5 and click on it, then copy and paste the
graphic into the layer you wish to use.
Then selection, float now effects 3D
cut out

8. Then reapply and change the V and H to -3
Deselect

9. Activate layer 1 and click on the inside that is still gray there and
add a color you want for the contrast on the frame part.
I used paper 7, then copy and paste into the selection,
then add the same bevel as before.
Deselect

10. Activate layer 7 and give it a drop shadow effect.

11. Then close off your back ground layer and merge
visible, reopen the back ground.
This is what I have so far.

12. Now add some flowers I used
Flower 3 and resized it by 50 percent.
Then copied and pasted as a new layer.
Then mirror image, I then took my selection tool and cut off the part of the
flower that hung over on the picture,

13. Now copy and paste your flower once more.....
Take and move it below the merged layer
Resize it to about 45 percent, now take eraser tool and get
rid of anything you don't want to have showing.
I took my deform tool and turned mine some and pulled it out a bit
so it went like I wanted it to.

14. Then add a couple butterflies to the flowers.
Resize them to 15 percent and I mirrored one so they
weren't all going the same way.

15. Add the same drop shadow to the flowers and the butterflies as before.

16. Add the scarecrow that is in the kit resize him by 30 percent and move him over to the right, give
him the same drop shadow.

17. Add the apple barrel and resize it by 15 percent add the same drop shadow

18. Add the wagon and resize it by 30 percent, and give it the drop shadow also.

19. Find a bow you want to use and resize it to 10 percent and move it to the right hand
top corner. Then I took my deform tool and turned it how I wanted it.
This is mine so far..........if your happy with it then merge all layers

20. Now resize your image, not all layers just the graphic part.
This is what I went down to.

21. Add a new layer and send it to the bottom
Find a paper you want to use for the mask part
I used paper 2
I used babe designs mask 13

22. I then duplicated the layer a couple of times so it was darker, and
can be seen easier.
Then merge all layers.
Add a drop shadow to this now.

23. Add a new layer move it to the bottom
selection all, and copy and paste a paper you want
to put into there for a background
I used paper 5
Deselect

24. Crop your image now to get rid of the extra there you don't want in your tag.
Then add a 3 pixel border color of your choice.

25. Add a 2 pixel border of white

26. Add a 10 pixel border I used a color from my background.
Select then add the same bevel as before.
Deselect.

27. I now added my lady tube to this.
I resized her by 50 percent and mirrored her.
Then gave her the same drop shadow as before.

We are now done.......add your watermark
And merge all layers
You can now add a name or anything else you want to this.

If your happy with it then time to save your work of art.
